"From the declaration of the maritime embargo against the Saudi enemy on July 20 until today, the Yemeni Armed Forces have attacked eight Saudi oil tankers: five in the Red Sea and three in the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea," said its military spokesman, Yahya Sari.

The Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen claim to have targeted eight Saudi Arabian oil tankers in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Gulf of Oman since July 20, and to have blocked and forced back 48 other tankers. They also allege to have carried out nine military attacks on Saudi territory; Saudi Arabia has yet to comment.
