The Encuentro de Vivienda, Barrio y Ciudad, organized by the Minvu, called for regional, provincial and communal authorities, as well as parliamentarians and parliamentarians from the Valparaíso region. The Minvu leader valued the forum as a contribution “to democracy and to creating a city.
