House prices in the Stavanger area decreased by 0.1 percent in June. Adjusted for seasonal variations, prices rose by 0.7 percent.


Housing prices in Norway are up 6.6 percent so far this year, according to Eiendom Norge.
This is according to figures from Eiendom Norge. So far this year, housing prices have risen by 6.6 percent. 12,003 homes were sold in June, which is 13.6 percent more than the same month last year. The average sales time was 39 days in June, compared to 42 days in May. The areas around Stavanger have seen the strongest price growth so far this year, with a 12 percent price increase and Hamar with an 11 percent price increase.
But never before have so many used homes been sold as this year, according to Eiendom Norge.
