House OKs bill allowing teachers to hold 9/11 moment of silence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The R.I. House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday allowing public school teachers and administrators to hold a voluntary moment of silence to recognize the anniversary of tragic 9/11 attacks.
