Hotel101-Madrid offers 680 rooms with four-star amenities and aims to generate recurring US dollar revenue while tapping Madrid’s real estate demand driven by the Spanish Golden Visa.
- Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. launched the 680-room Hotel101-Madrid in Madrid’s Valdebebas district on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, marking its first European project with bookings now open, the company said.
- Hotel101 uses the condotel business model, pre-selling units and expanding via joint ventures and license agreements to reach one million rooms across 100 countries after its last year's US listing.
- Featuring its signature HappyRoom units, the hotel includes kitchenettes, four-star amenities, swimming pools, HBNB Kitchen by Grupo La Sucursal, more than 200 parking spaces, and 24/7 reception.
- Bookings are available via the Hotel101 App and other platforms, allowing customers immediate reservations as DoubleDragon said the hotel will generate recurring foreign-currency revenue, jobs and taxes in Spain.
- As it expands in Europe, the company plans a 429-room San Donato Milanese joint venture and a planned Hotel101-Niseko in Hokkaido, aiming for one million rooms by 2050, the company said.
