FINDLAY, OH (WLIO) - The Findlay police department says a hostage situation ended peacefully Thursday morning in the city. Sonny Flogga, 22, surrendered after about an hour of negotiations with their crisis negotiation team.

Hostage Situation Results in Arrest of Findlay Man

On 03-05-2026 at 1027 hours the Findlay Police Department responded to 1322 Glenhaven Drive apartment G for a trespassing in progress call. The caller reported that Sonny Flugga (22 years old of Findlay, Ohio) was in her apartment and refusing to leave. Sonny is former romantic partner of the caller.
