La Paz, Jan 09, 2026 (ATB Digital).- The minister of the Presidency, José Luis Lupo, reported in a press conference that the government remains open to dialogue with the Bolivian Workers' Central (COB) with the aim of pacifying the country and meeting the demands of the different sectors.
According to the leader, the government refuses “in a clear manner” to abrogate this decree, despite the fact that the COB opened itself to the elaboration of another parallel decree that rescues the positive points of 5503.
