Hooded and armed subjects were caught on camera as they roamed streets of the Guaynabo and Parkville Hills urbanizations in the same municipality. According to reports, the subjects check the vehicles parked on the sidewalks and neighbors of the areas ensure that they are ready to commit misdeeds. Similar cases have recently been reported in Manati and Vega Baja.
