Homeless encampment cleanup continues in Red Bluff

RED BLUFF— In their recent cleanups of homeless encampments, the Red Bluff Fire and Police Departments, along with the Tehama County Probation Department, are averaging 14 to 16 40-yard dumpsters worth of trash being pulled out and hauled to the landfill.
