Homebase Housing Services closes, another provider at risk

If local aid organization Greater Minnesota Community Services (GMCS) closes, there’s a chance Kurt Thiemecke will lose his home. The Park Rapids 25-year-old lives in River Heights Apartments, a public housing complex. In order to stay, he’s required to have a housing case manager.
