Holt celebrates successes, but says some results from first year are 'ugly'

Premier Susan Holt says her government hit the vast majority of the 15 targets it set for itself in 2025, but admits that some of the misses were “ugly and uncomfortable,” and came from three critical files: health care, the economy, and education.
