Holland's Gateway Mission to open new men’s shelter, more than doubling capacity

Gateway Mission will open its new Eastport Mens Center at 643 S. Waverly Rd. on Jan. 6. It's an $11.5 million facility that will more than double the organizations capacity to serve men experiencing homelessness.The shelter, located after 40 years in downtown Holland, expands from 27,000 square feet to 47,000 square feet.
