STANFORD, Ky. — The Lincoln County Historical Society, in partnership with the Col. James Harrod and Gov. Isaac Shelby chapters of the Sons of the American Revolution, will commemorate the 200th anniversary of the death of Kentucky’s first governor during a public ceremony Saturday at the Isaac Shelby State Historic Site.
