The Public Prosecutor's Office (MP) deduced charges against a 32-year-old resident of Caniçal, Madeira, for the practice of a crime of rape and robbery. The defendant contacted the victim "on the pretext of wanting to hire his sexual services" and subsequently threatened her with death and forced her to have sex.
Facts are reported in January of this year when "the defendant attracted the victim to his house on the pretext of wanting to hire his sexual servants".
The defendant was accused of 41 crimes of sexual abuse of minors, and the court decided the acquittal in relation to three, indicated the president of the collective of judges, Joana Dias, in the reading of the judgment.
