This promise of Atosca, the concessionaire of the A69, went into smoke. According to a prefectural decree of 31 August 2026, the emissions of volatile organic compounds, carcinogens, mutagens and reprotoxics (CMR COV) and carbon monoxide (CO) do not have to be released from water vapour.
