Highway 1 construction near Red Lake to begin Sept. 22

RED LAKE — On Monday, motorists traveling to and from Red Lake will begin to experience a detour on Highway 1 between Oman Drive and Main Avenue as the Red Lake Nation begins an underground utility replacement project with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
