A high wind warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 10:25 a.m. valid from 4 p.m. until Thursday 7 a.m. for Onondaga County."West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected," describes the weather service. "Highest winds will be in the early evening between 7 pm to 10 pm with the frontal passage."
