FARGO -- A high-risk sex offender has registered a new address in north Fargo. According to police, Gary Dean Feather Jr., 48, is now registered at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo. Feather is 6-foot tall, weighs 215 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.
