Twenty-two-year-old Mohamad Al-Khalaf pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace and possession of a spring-assisted knife without being the holder of licence after being arrested in a high-risk takedown on a Niagara Falls Highway on New Year’s Eve 2021.
