High Performance Computing: High Performance Calculator for AI Research

AI researchers from all Bavarian universities and universities can now use the new IT infrastructure of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) for their projects. The Center for National High Performance Computing Erlangen (NHR@FAU) has installed several hundred AI accelerators, which the Free State of Bavaria has financed as part of the high-tech agenda Bavaria.
