Higgsfield Raises $400 Million Series B Financing at $5.4 Billion Valuation with Annualized Revenue Reaching $700 Million

  • Higgsfield plans to use proceeds to scale global sales, hire AI talent, and expand infrastructure. DST Global founder Yuri Milner said the firm looks forward to supporting the team "as they build the next generation of AI tools for visual creation."
  • CEO Alex Mashrabov, who previously co-founded AI Factory, leads Higgsfield, which secured backing from DST Global, Intel Capital, Tribe Capital, and Goldman Sachs.
