- Hg said the deal will accelerate OneStream's AI innovation and scale its Digital Finance Cloud, supported by its AI team of over 100 specialists and backing from Saturn Fund.
- Deal documents list advisers such as J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Centerview Partners LLC providing fairness opinions, while Deloitte & Touche LLP and Bain & Company conducted diligence for the $570.7 million revenue company.
- As a result, OneStream will become privately held and delist its Class A stock upon closing, with OneStream's Board of Directors and KKR unanimously approving the transaction expected in the first half of 2026.
- With results due in February 2026, sector observers note that private equity interest in mid-sized software companies like OneStream reflects narrowing public options such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday.
