HERRIMAN, Utah A search and rescue effort is underway for a man who potentially drowned Saturday at a reservoir in Herriman.The Herriman Police Department said they received reports of a drowning at Blackridge Reservoir around 5:45 p.m.Officials said a man was swimming when he went under the water and did not resurface.
