New Washington license plate to honor Mount St. Helens

Clark County drivers soon will be able to add a Mount St. Helens license plate to their vehicles. Before the new plate is available to the public, the Mount St. Helens Institute will auction the rights to the first 25 plates — numbered VM00001 through VM00025 — beginning Saturday.
