Ontario and Canada recalls: Hellmann’s burger sauce sold at Sobeys, Metro, Foodland, FreshCo, Walmart and other outlets, Montessori toy, vehicles and more

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a number of notices for Canada food recalls last week, including a national food recall notice for Hellmann’s brand Classic Burger Sauce. Health Canada issued a number of recalls, including the recall of a children’s Montessori toys sold on Amazon, a baby rattle, gas ball valves and more.

Hellman’s sauce sold in Canada recalled

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) issued a food product recall for Hellman’s brand Classic Burger Sauce due to bloating and spoilage. The recalled sauce was sold at Walmart, Metro in Ontario and possibly other retailers in Canada.

RECALL: Popular sauce pulled from shelves in Canada

Sauce from a popular brand has been recalled in Canada. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said in a notice that Hellmann’s Classic Burger Sauce is the affected product. It’s 325 ml in size, has the UPC number 0 68400 00128 7 and the code 20250903GF. It’s being pulled from shelves because of spoilage and bloating, officials said. It was distributed throughout Canada.
