DES MOINES - North Union’s Max Heinen tied for eighth place in the high jump at the 2026 Drake Relays last Thursday. Heinen qualified for the relays by leaping 6 feet, 4 inches at the Bishop Garrigan meet earlier this month. At Drake Stadium in Des Moines, the Warrior sophomore was one of four athletes to clear 6 feet, 2 inches on his first try.
