Hudson Williams Joins Baba Yaga Series With Carrie-Anne Moss, Noah Reid on Crave — Will It Stream in the U.S.?
Yaga is Crave's first half-hour drama, a modern take on Baba Yaga myth starring Hudson Williams as a missing heir in a coastal town mystery.
- On Feb. 18, 2026, Crave announced Hudson Williams will star as Henry Park, the missing heir, in Yaga, which is now in production.
- Adapted from Kat Sandler's hit play, Yaga reimagines the Baba Yaga myth as a small-town mystery thriller with Sandler as writer-showrunner, following Bell Media's investment in Blink49 Studios last year.
- Carrie-Anne Moss and Clark Backo join the principal cast, with Moss portraying Katherine and Backo as local detective Carson; the series is co-directed by David Frazee and Rachel Talalay and executive produced by Mackenzie Donaldson, Andrew Miller and Moss.
- Sphere Abacus will shop Yaga at next week's London TV Screenings for international buyers and offer it as four one-hour episodes for international sales.
- Filming in Toronto continues and a premiere date is TBA; Season 1 has eight 30-minute episodes and Hudson Williams is next set for Netflix's The Altruists.
