PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Plastic bags are covering the new seats at Tidewater Stadium in Pawtucket with less than a month until the first official home game for Rhode Island FC. General manager Paul Byrne said the stadium is on track to open, but there's still a lot of work to be done in the next 29 days. "The team is already training here," he said. "We're going to try to flush all the toilets at once. We also have a soft opening on April 26." …
