BENTON COUNTY, Washington — An omnibus hearing for an off-duty Washington State Patrol trooper charged with vehicular homicide, originally scheduled for today (Wednesday) has been rescheduled to Aug. 12, according to the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office.
