(KRON) -- A preliminary hearing is set to begin Thursday for a Daly City man accused of stabbing his wife's secret lover. Wilber Ortez Ramos, 37, is charged with attempted murder in connection to the May 30 knife incident. Prosecutors said Ramos' wife was not expecting her husband to return home at the time.
