When Kløverskolen in Gellerup opens its doors in August, the hallways will be filled with the smell of food. The new elementary school will be a catering school. This means that the students will be served a healthy, nutritious and homemade meal every day, and that they will occasionally have their hands in the dumpling dough themselves.
