Healthcare's Enormous Vacation Debt Is Slowly Decreasing

In recent years, the amount of vacation time owed has decreased among the Swedish Healthcare Association's groups. However, the amount of untaken vacation time still amounts to over a million days, equivalent to a billion in value. In some regions, including Västernorrland, the vacation debt is increasing.
