The Minister of Health of the Government of Navarra, Fernando Domínguez, said that "the decision to centralize night care in Buñuel and leave Fustiñana open from 8 to 20 hours every day of the year, or to do the same in Olite with Tafalla two years ago, are decisions that had to be made because of political, technical or personal responsibility for the availability of medical professionals that we had and have in those areas".
