The Ministry of Health and trade union organizations represented in the area of negotiation — SATSE-FSES, FSS-CCOO, UGT, CSIF and CIG-Saúde — have reached a "verbal pre-agreement" on Monday with which the unions have ended up supporting the draft of the new Framework Statute after incorporating new measures such as the establishment of the regular working day of 35 hours a week or progress in partial and early retirements.
