Complaints of harassment at work in the health sector are increasing, but confirmed cases continue to be rare. Between 2017 and July of this year, IGAS instituted 224 cases and confirmed the practice of harassment in only three situations.
The new report of the General Inspectorate of Health Activities reveals that there were 224 cases related to allegations of harassment, with more than 150 in hospitals in the SNS, most of them due to moral harassment.
