A new service that will trial health checks for people aged 30 to 39 in Clacton on Sea to improve early identification and modification of cardiovascular disease is about to launch. The Early Age Health Check pilot aims to encourage those people to have an NHS Health Check, to determine if they are at higher risk of getting illnesses such as strokes, heart disease and diabetes.
