- The health board advised residents that patients will be contacted if appointments are rescheduled and urged planning ahead, allowing extra travel time while using minor injury units, pharmacies and NHS 111 Wales for non-emergencies.
- Forecasters also cautioned that higher ground may see between 5 and 20cm of snow while the Met Office warns coastal residents and anyone on the coast about large breaking waves, urging the elderly and vulnerable to secure outdoor items and prepare for cold risks.
