In June the archbishop of Toulouse promoted as Chancellor Dominique Spina, sentenced for rape on a minor in 2006. His sentence served, the man had already been reassigned, with the charge of "the "pastoral of the young". The bishops of France denounce a decision that can only "relive wounds".
