AFTER almost 11 years of continuous service at Brookfield Care Home, Lymm, much-loved head chef Pat Craig has decided to retire. Staff and residents at the home sent Pat off in style with flowers and presents to thank her for all her hard work and dedication and a cheese and wine evening was held.
