He was found by passersby. He was lying in a roadside ditch on the Głębinów-Skorochów road (Opole Voivodeship). The 45-year-old was hit and was dying. Nysa police arrested the 40-year-old, suspected of causing the fatal accident, who had previously fled the scene. "The Ukrainian citizen has been detained for three months," Junior Asst.
