BORDER police in Vrgorac stopped a 26-year-old man on the A1 highway and found almost 14 kg of marijuana in 20 packages in his vehicle. The drugs were intended for sale, and the man was arrested.
During the inspection, two sports bags were spotted in the trunk of the car, after which the vehicle was transported to the police station.
Police have not released the identity of the young man. They previously announced that they suspect him of illegal drug production and trafficking.
