The mayor of Vertou, Rodolphe Amailland, confirmed this Tuesday evening at ICI Loire Océan the death of animal sculptor Michel Bassompierre. The exhibition of his monumental works, during the winter of 2024-2025, had marked the city where a museum is planned.
