This story shocked the residents of Krakow last winter. A horribly beaten, barely alive rabbit was found in the city center. The rodent, later named Marcyś, had its ears cut off, its paws broken, and slash wounds. Its tormentor turned out to be a 21-year-old man. The verdict in the case has just been handed down.
