Delhi HC seeks Centre, NTA response over UGC-NET English re-exam
The Delhi High Court has sought responses from the National Testing Agency and the Centre. This is regarding a plea challenging the decision to re-conduct the UGC-NET English examination. The court also directed authorities to decide on refunding examination fees. A candidate filed a plea to quash the notice for re-conducting the English paper. The matter is listed for further hearing on October 6.
