LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) — Hazmat crews responded to a manufacturing company in Lincoln on Wednesday morning after reports of a chemical leak. Around 10 a.m., one of the valves at ChemArt, a metal plating manufacturer on New England Way, released too much chlorine into the system, according to Lincoln Fire Chief Timothy Walsh.
