Yesterday, the Bilbao plenary approved a new measure to increase the supply of rental housing at reasonable prices. From now on, it will be considered big holders not only those who own ten or more properties, but also those who accumulate five. The initiative goes in the right direction, because housing is not a luxury or any commodity, but a basic right on which personal stability, equal opportunities and social cohesion depend.
