Two men, aged 23 and 28, died one day apart in the Tournette massif and fell in similar circumstances.

Two trailers broke down after sliding on a neve and two hikers escaped by little to the worst. While the conditions remain winter in altitude, the rescue call mountain enthusiasts to the extreme caution.

On Saturday, May 17, a 23-year-old hiker died after slid a trail to the point of the Tournette (Haute-Savoie). The next day, another 28-year-old hiker died in the same area. Snow still present on average mountain would be the cause.
