The Mulhousian prosecutor's office did not communicate, but that of Montbéliard did, because a 16-year-old franco-comtois minor would be involved in the violent assault of a 48-year-old homeless man at Mulhouse station, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. Two other men, majors, must appear for these acts before the Mulhousian judges on Friday.
