CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Collegedale man has reached a plea deal in a federal sexual exploitation case. Prosecutors say Quentin Anthony Williams contacted more than 30 boys to send him sexually suggestive nude photos. The boys were between eight and 14 years old.
