Hartley celebrates Summerfest in patriotic style
The Hartley community painted the town red, white and blue last weekend for Summerfest. The annual celebration was dubbed "Stars, Stripes & Small Town Nights" in honor of America's 250th birthday. It featured four days of events Thursday through Sunday at Neebel Park and elsewhere in town. Things went mostly to plan with the exception of Friday night. Blustery conditions...
